Unfortunately, at the moment, you will need to complete each order separately. However, you can send multiple boxes to the same address.
We will package your box with care. From time to time, we might use a different tissue color, OR we might have to substitute with a similar item.
- Mini Shampoo: 2-6 weeks
- Mini Conditioner: up to 3 months
- Full Size Dip Shampoo: 1-5 months
- Full Size Dip Conditioner: 6-14 months
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & Amex.
Shipping
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being received, with the exception of a few things like apparel and home/living, which may take a little longer and they are fulfilled by a 3rd party company. If your order is held up for any reason, we will notify you by phone and/or email and will continue to work with you to solve the problem.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.
No deliveries will be made on Sunday (unless the carrier does it on its own), and no expedited deliveries will be made on Saturday.
We're not responsible for any errors made by the postal service and their delays. Please make sure you double-check your address for accuracy.
However, if your package has not been received within three weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (six weeks for international), we recommend reaching out to your local post office, who will be able to direct you on how to file a claim with the postal service.
Those items are fulfilled by a 3rd party company at the time of your completed order. Unfortunately we have no control as to how long it takes.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is received.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), discounted items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
