Shipping Policy – Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC

When placing an online order, understanding a company’s shipping options is important. At Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC, we strive to make the ordering and shipping process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of being received.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not guarantee same-day processing unless otherwise stated.


Please Note:
Some items are made-to-order and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. These products — such as select apparel, mugs, and other print-on-demand items — typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Because these items may be fulfilled separately, they may arrive in different packages and on different timelines than other items in your order.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary by fulfillment partner and carrier.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. Federal Holidays. Delivery schedules are determined by the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on item weight and shipping method. We may offer either flat-rate or calculated shipping, depending on the order. Our goal is to provide the most economical shipping options available. We primarily ship using USPS and UPS.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more, unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Issues & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package has not been received within three (3) weeks of the shipping notification email, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.


Returned Mail

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the original shipping costs or the cost of re-shipping. Customers will be required to pay additional shipping fees before the order is re-sent.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

All shipping charges related to refused or unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused or abandoned are not eligible for a refund.
