Trip Tabulator™ Terms of Use

These Trip Tabulator™ Terms of Use (“Trip Tabulator Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trip Tabulator™, including Girls Getaway and any other Trip Tabulator versions, features, or related digital tools offered by Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. (“Peaks To Beaches Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Trip Tabulator Terms supplement the Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website. By purchasing, accessing, or using Trip Tabulator™, you agree to these Trip Tabulator Terms and our applicable website policies.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase, access, or use Trip Tabulator™.

1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Trip Tabulator™ for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

  • Use Trip Tabulator™ for your own personal trips and travel planning.

  • Create and save multiple trips for your own personal use.

  • Allow members of your travel party to view or use Trip Tabulator™ for the purpose of managing expenses for a trip in which you are participating.

  • Share Trip Tabulator ™ results with members of your travel party.

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially share access to Trip Tabulator™.

  • Sell or distribute the Trip Tabulator™ access link, delivery PDF, interface, code, graphics, or other included materials.

  • Offer Trip Tabulator™ as part of another paid product, membership, service, course, template, PLR product, MRR product, or commercial package without our written permission.

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, duplicate, or create a competing product from Trip Tabulator™ or its underlying code, design, functionality, or content.

  • Claim Trip Tabulator™, its design, code, branding, or content as your own.

Sharing access with members of your own travel party for legitimate use during your personal trip is permitted and is not considered prohibited redistribution.

2. HOW TRIP TABULATOR™ WORKS

Trip Tabulator™ is a travel expense organization and calculation tool designed to help users record shared expenses and determine how costs may be divided among travelers.

Users enter information including traveler names, expenses, amounts paid, the person who paid, and the travelers who participated in each expense.

Trip Tabulator™ then uses the information provided to calculate individual shares and suggested settlement amounts.

Trip Tabulator™ does not independently verify the information entered by users.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION AND RESULTS

You are responsible for reviewing all information entered into Trip Tabulator™ and confirming that expenses, participants, amounts, and payment information are accurate.

Calculation results are dependent upon the information you provide. Incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, or omitted information may produce incorrect results.

Before sending or requesting money based on a Trip Tabulator calculation, you should review the results with the members of your travel party.

Trip Tabulator™ is provided as a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as the sole record of financial obligations between travelers.

4. NOT A PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL SERVICE

Trip Tabulator™ is not a bank, payment processor, accounting service, bookkeeping service, financial institution, or money-transfer service.

Trip Tabulator™:

  • Does not hold or transfer money.

  • Does not connect to your bank account or payment card for the purpose of settling expenses.

  • Does not collect payments between travelers.

  • Does not guarantee that another traveler will pay an amount shown as owed.

  • Does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Any payments between travelers are handled independently of Trip Tabulator™.

5. SAVED TRIPS AND DEVICE STORAGE

Trip Tabulator™ does not require an account or sign-in for its standard saved-trip functionality.

Saved trips are designed to be stored locally within the browser and device being used.

Because saved-trip information is stored locally:

  • A saved trip on one device may not automatically appear on another device.

  • Clearing browser data, cookies, site data, or local storage may permanently remove saved trips.

  • Changing browsers or devices may prevent access to trips saved elsewhere.

  • Trips created while using private or incognito browsing may not remain available after the private browsing session ends.

  • Browser updates, device settings, storage limitations, or other technical issues may affect saved information.

You are responsible for maintaining any information you wish to preserve.

Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. cannot restore locally stored trip information that has been deleted, cleared, corrupted, or otherwise lost from your browser or device.

6. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER TRAVELERS

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to enter information relating to other members of your travel party.

Trip Tabulator™ is designed for basic trip and expense information. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information such as:

  • Credit card numbers

  • Bank account numbers

  • Passwords

  • Social Security numbers

  • Passport numbers

  • Medical information

  • Other confidential personal information not required to calculate shared expenses

Any personal information collected directly by Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. through our website or purchasing process is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. DEVICE AND BROWSER COMPATIBILITY

Trip Tabulator™ is designed for use through compatible web browsers and internet-connected devices.

We do not guarantee that Trip Tabulator™ will function identically on every device, operating system, browser, screen size, or browser version.

Browser settings, extensions, content blockers, privacy settings, network conditions, or device limitations may affect functionality.

8. ACCESS, UPDATES, AND CHANGES

We may update Trip Tabulator™ from time to time to improve functionality, appearance, compatibility, security, or the user experience.

Features, layouts, instructions, URLs, or functionality may change over time.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, technical issues, hosting interruptions, security concerns, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable product listing, purchase of Trip Tabulator™ does not guarantee that any particular feature, interface, hosting provider, URL, or version will remain unchanged indefinitely.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Trip Tabulator™ may rely upon third-party hosting services, internet infrastructure, web browsers, device functionality, or other third-party technologies.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, data loss, performance issues, or changes caused by third-party services or technologies outside our control.

Any third-party website or service you use in connection with Trip Tabulator™, including payment services used to settle expenses between travelers, is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trip Tabulator™, Trip Tabulator™ – Girls Getaway, associated branding, designs, graphics, interfaces, written content, code, features, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants permission to use the product as described in these terms. It does not transfer ownership of Trip Tabulator™ or any associated intellectual property to you.

11. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Trip Tabulator™:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

  • To violate the rights of another person.

  • To introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping tools, or other disruptive technology.

  • To interfere with or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

  • To commercially exploit the product without written authorization.

  • To reproduce or create a substantially similar product using Trip Tabulator™ code, design, content, or proprietary functionality.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe Trip Tabulator™ is being misused.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Trip Tabulator™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. makes no guarantee that Trip Tabulator™ will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or browser, or that calculation results will be accurate when the information provided by the user is inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly entered.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all calculations before relying upon them.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. shall not be responsible for losses, disputes, payment disagreements, lost data, deleted saved trips, device or browser issues, missed payments, incorrect settlements, or other damages resulting from or related to the use or inability to use Trip Tabulator™.

We are not responsible for disagreements between travelers regarding expenses, participation, reimbursements, payments, or amounts calculated through the tool.

Any limitation of liability contained in the Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. Terms of Service also applies to your use of Trip Tabulator™.

14. REFUNDS

Purchases of Trip Tabulator™ are subject to the Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Please review the Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

15. TERMINATION OF USE

We may suspend or terminate access to Trip Tabulator™ if we reasonably determine that a user has violated these terms, infringed our intellectual property rights, attempted to resell or redistribute the product, interfered with the operation of the service, or otherwise misused Trip Tabulator™.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, prohibited use, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Trip Tabulator™ Terms from time to time.

The most current version will be posted on the Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. website with the applicable effective or updated date.

Your continued use of Trip Tabulator™ after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. RELATIONSHIP TO PEAKS TO BEACHES CO. TERMS

These Trip Tabulator™ Terms are intended to supplement the Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

If a provision of these Trip Tabulator™ Terms specifically addresses the use of Trip Tabulator™ and conflicts with a more general provision of the Peaks To Beaches Co. Terms of Service, these Trip Tabulator™ Terms will govern with respect to Trip Tabulator™ to the extent permitted by law.

All other provisions of the Peaks To Beaches Co. LLC. Terms of Service remain in effect.
